A Restorative Healing Immersion for Women Navigating Burnout, Autoimmune Patterns, and Mystery Illness
A sanctuary for women whose bodies are asking for rest, nourishment, and a new way of being.
When you’ve been carrying chronic fatigue, inflammation, MCAS, mold toxicity, EBV, chronic hives, or the exhaustion of “mystery illness,” the world tells you to push through.
Your body tells you something different.
It asks for safety.
It asks for slowing.
It asks for someone to hold the container so you can finally soften.
The Renewal Residency is a 1–4 week individual healing immersion designed for women who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a space where their body can recalibrate, unwind, and begin to repair.
Hosted at New River Nooks in Fayetteville, WV—either the Cozy Loft Apartment or the Cozy Cottage—this residency blends nourishing meals, somatic practices, energywork, nature, and a gentle healing framework rooted in lived experience.
Have you ever just wanted to run away and release responsibility? Do you crave deep rest? Do you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or at your wits end?
This is not a retreat.
It is a reset.
A remembering.
A return to yourself.
Enrollment
A limited number of residency spots are available each season to ensure individualized care and spaciousness.
To begin, schedule a brief connection call to explore your needs, your symptoms, and your intentions for your healing journey.
Your body is asking for a pause.

This residency is built from lived experience with MCAS, mold toxicity, EBV, chronic hives, and the long road of mystery illness.
It’s built from what actually works.
Lauri is a healer, teacher, and guide who has walked the path of chronic illness and found her way back through nourishment, nervous system repair, somatic practices, and deep self-awareness. She blends energywork, yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda, nature-based healing, and intuitive guidance into a grounded, compassionate approach.
Her work is not clinical.
It is human.
It is embodied.
It is deeply supportive.
